Are these physical prints?

Yes. Every shop listing is for a physical art print that requires shipping. No digital download is included.

What kinds of work are available?

The store includes photography and digital collage. Digital collage describes the artwork medium; customers receive a printed physical object.

Are frames included?

No. Launch products are sold unframed so buyers can choose presentation appropriate to their space.

What paper and process are used?

The final paper and print process will be published after sample testing. Product pages will identify the confirmed material before purchasing is enabled.

How long will an order take?

Production and delivery estimates will be added after the selected fulfillment route completes an end-to-end test order.

What if an order arrives damaged?

Email contact.joshuahoang@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs of the print and packaging. Keep the original packaging while the issue is reviewed.
