Return eligibility
Because each print is made to order, contact contact.joshuahoang@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery before returning an eligible open-edition print. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned prints must be unused, unaltered, and in the original protective packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping on preference-based returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for preference-based returns.
Signed and numbered editions
Signed, numbered, and limited-edition works are final sale except when they arrive damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
Cancellations
Request a cancellation as soon as possible. An order may be canceled before production or artist preparation begins. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Damage, defects, and incorrect items
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the artwork, shipping tube or package, label, and visible damage. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Depending on availability, an approved claim may be resolved with a replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit. If an order is canceled because it cannot be shipped, the refund includes amounts paid for the unshipped merchandise and applicable shipping charges.
