Where we ship
Joshua Hoang Creative currently ships physical prints within the United States. International delivery is not offered at launch.
Production and dispatch
Open-edition prints are produced to order in approximately 2–3 business days, followed by carrier transit. Signed and numbered editions are inspected, signed, numbered, and prepared by the artist; allow 7–14 business days before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Rates and transit
Tracked Standard shipping is $10 and free for orders of $150 or more. The checkout estimate applies after production. Express shipping is not currently offered.
Hybrid fulfillment
Open editions may ship directly from our professional print partner. Signed editions ship from the artist’s studio. A mixed order may arrive in separate packages even though checkout shows one shipping option.
Signed editions
Signed and numbered editions include tracking, insurance, signature confirmation where supported, hand numbering, and a certificate of authenticity.
Tracking and addresses
Tracking is emailed when available. Customers are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact.joshuahoang@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delays, damage, and loss
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Report a damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment within 7 calendar days of delivery or the carrier’s delivery scan. Include the order number and clear photographs of the artwork and all packaging so we can assess a replacement, repair, or refund.

Rates and transit
Standard shipping is $8 and free for orders of $70 or more. Standard carrier transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is $15 with estimated carrier transit of 2–4 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping does not shorten the 7–10 business-day production period.

Delays
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. If production or dispatch will be materially delayed beyond the stated timeframe, the customer will be contacted with an updated date and available cancellation or refund options.
Damage and loss
Report a damaged or incorrect shipment within 7 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. For tracking that shows delivery but cannot be located, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then email the studio for assistance.
