This website is operated by Joshua Hoang Creative. By visiting the site or purchasing from the store, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the site.

Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site security, misuse store content, transmit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that burdens the service, or violate intellectual-property rights.

Artwork and product information

Artwork images are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screen color and scale vary. Product sizes, edition information, materials, production details, and availability are governed by the product page at the time of purchase. Draft or planned release information may change before a product becomes available.

Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel an order when product information is incorrect, fraud is suspected, fulfillment is impossible, or the order violates these terms. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Joshua Hoang retains copyright in all artwork, photographs, designs, text, and site content. Purchasing a print transfers ownership of that physical copy only and does not grant reproduction, commercial-use, licensing, or distribution rights.

Shopify and other service providers may supply hosting, checkout, shipping, analytics, or communication functions. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices.

Errors and availability

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or omissions and may update or cancel affected orders as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Joshua Hoang Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or delayed third-party services.
