Made-to-order fulfillment

Prints will be produced after an order is placed. Exact processing and carrier estimates will be published after the selected fulfillment route is tested.

United States launch

The first storefront release is intended for United States delivery. Standard United States shipping is planned at $9, with free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more. These rates remain subject to final account verification before checkout is enabled.

Damage or an incorrect order

Email contact.joshuahoang@gmail.com with the order number and clear photographs of the artwork, label, and packaging. Keep all original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Returns

Final return eligibility, authorization instructions, and customer shipping responsibilities will be published before purchasing is enabled. No draft policy should be treated as a live offer.
